Building up to this workshop, we will host three webinars, beginning in March 2022, with the intention of getting most of the theory, and introductions, out of the way before adventuring in person in Kristiansand. This allows us to concentrate on further developing solution-focused skills during this pre-conference workshop and offer maximum value to participants. Participants who register after the webinars have begun will receive digital recordings.

During the first day of the workshop, participants will be able to practice solution-focused skills and explore how to effectively co-adventure outdoors for meaningful change. We will explore how Host Leadership builds on our practice to present a joined-up model for practice in the outdoors. The following half-day will explore what is needed in the background of our practice to ensure useful change is possible through outcome monitoring, professional development, and supervision.
